Spring Workouts

Spring Workouts
We have scheduled a handful of spring workouts so that we can get to know each other, kick around a bit, and I can introduce you to the summer technique/physical programs.
These are not mandatory, however you are highly encouraged to attend if possible. I know some of you play spring sports and others may have United practices. I have scheduled them from 5:30-7pm so that if you play a spring sport, you could still make soccer workouts.

April: 18, 25
May: 2,23,30
June: 6
